Electronic Practice Management & Health Records Trainer

Position Summary

Provides initial and ongoing training for staff in all aspects of the electronic practice management EPM) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

 

Provides group and individualized instruction  to assure staff proficiency on practice management information system and electronic health record system use, under the technical lead of IS director

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school or college student and six months relevant experience of Electronic Practice Management (EPM) system; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Has basic operating knowledge of computers.  Beginning level of Word, Excel, Access and an Electronic Practice Management system. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • NextGen experience preferred.
