Driving Directions

From I-5 –

From I-5 (Exit 154), take I-405 north toward RENTON.  From 1-405, take EXIT 1 and make a left onto INTERURBAN AVENUE.  At the first stop light after the overhead bridge, take a RIGHT onto GRADY WAY heading east.  Turn LEFT onto POWELL AVENUE to access the complex.

From Northbound 167–

Turn LEFT onto SW GRADY WAY. Turn RIGHT on to POWELL AVENUE SW to access the complex.

From the East (Bellevue) –

From I-405, take EXIT 2 onto HIGHWAY 167, heading north onto RAINIER AVENUE.  Turn left onto SOUTH GRADY WAY. Turn right on to POWELL AVENUE to access the complex.
